Accommodating a Special Needs Student

In my future classrooms, there is a good possibility that I will have special needs students. Therefore, it is my duty to accommodate my lesson plans, so that these students are able to participate in the lesson plan normally. In my artifact 5, the lesson plan calls for students searching the internet for information about the immigration process, as well as using Microsoft Word to type an essay on their research. Student with mobility impairments would have trouble doing this assignment, so I must come up with a way to allow these students to do the lesson plan as well. Students with mobility impairments could use an on-screen keyboard so that they can still look up information and type their essay. Also, these students could use, Point-N-Click, which is a virtual mouse. This allows them to use a mouse just like any other students would. I believe that these accommodations would benefit students with mobility impairment.
